It is NOT right that taxpayers should be sentenced to 40 years of paying to keep this murderer in stress free luxury while those same taxpayers are seeing their disposable income hugely reduced BECAUSE we keep so many killers in prison instead of executing them. Taxpayers must be given an opportunity to say if they wish to bear this cost or prefer to see him executed - publicly and painfully.
