This is to upgrade the Phone Exchange in Fenwick, East Ayrshire, Scotland particularly the area of Kirkton Road which was highlighted as one of the top ten worst streets in the UK for broadband speed. It sometimes can only get 0.5Mb download and this is not acceptable to the cost that BT and other providers are charging for service in this area.
