Petition Equal pay reporting for large organisations

Make it a statutory requirement that all large companies and government bodies must report annually on the number of men and women at each pay grade in their organisations and the average annual pay packet respectively this can either be expressed as a value or a percentage.
With equal pay legislation not being enforced having a public measure in place hopefully companies will being to adhere to the law.
