Having travelled thousands and thousands of miles around this country I have noticed that our roads are underused in the silent hours. Let's get Britain moving again by only allowing lorries, caravans and towed boats to travel between 2100 and 0600. Let's unclog our roads which aren't built for the volume of traffic now on our roads, or will be in the future. Let's make our road system more efficient.
