With the revelation of India's successful launch of a space rocket, and the fact that they have developed their own nuclear weapons, is it right that we continue to send foreign aid to them?

Surely we shouldn't be giving money to a country that can afford to fund their own space program AS WELL as develop their own nuclear weapons, when the UK is so strapped for cash.

The government need to stop outdated and irrelevant foreign aid to countries that do not need it.
