This petition if passed would enable trial cannabis dispensary's to open in Stirling for the duration of 3 years, enabling anyone with a prescription from their gp to buy cannabis legally.

Cannabis is less harmful than cigarettes and alcohol and can be used for many medical issues. If passed government are entitled to tax 15% tax per purchase enhancing our economy. Crime rate would fall dramatically saving police time to concentrate on more serious crimes. Together we can make a diffrence. Together we must say yes to the legalisation of cannabis.
