Force companies to reveal if they already have temporary / fixed term employees working in position that has been now been advertised as permenant job vancancy .
Most companies are just going through the motions adverstising permanent positions that are already been done by temporary / fixed term employees , the wider job seeking public would benifit by knowing this fact rather than going through the whole application interview process which is time wasting for both parties .
