To ensure all multi agencies i.e.the police, schools and local councils and the deperment of education, work together to provide help and support for children who are victims of gang crime. sp Rather then sadly fail those who need their support. To also use some of the money and resources that are put into the programmes that are in place for the offenders who commint the crimes should in fact be put into programmes that are not in place fro the victims and their families who has been affected by their actions.
