Allow members of Mutual Societies detailed access as to why Directors of Building Societies receive large advantageous increasing salaries and benefits disproportionate to that which members receive therefore they are not to the mutual benefit. To look in to the wording of questions as to the Director salaries which members vote on ensuring they are not worded or created in favor of the Directors, To make clear in terms of time, duties, actions and responsibilities what the job of the Director is in order that their salaries can be justified.
