I would like to hold a petition to get the government change the law on Helmets both cyclist and Motorcyclist soon as possible because there are so many deaths this year then ever and recently 5 deaths in 9 days and young girls died in Bath during driver don,t stop and help the injured .Those people can not speak for themselves . But we can.The new law will prevent more deaths on the roads.
