Surely, the yanks MUST be able to charge such purchases to the UK taxpayer, we seem to be liable for most of the spending going on anywhere on the planet - EXCEPT, OF COURSE, THAT OUR TAXPAYER POUNDS CAN NEVER BE SPENT ON THE TAXPAYERS OF THIS COUNTRY.
