Rejected petition Portobello Square - Help me Boris

I want compensation for damage to my property, my health and to be re-housed for the rest of the duration of the build and for Ardmore to put in place PROPER security measures and to adhere to correct working times and procedures / laws, clean the streets and parking regulations.
I've suffered a nervous breakdown,
however I need my health, privacy and to feel safe
I have noise all day and noise all night, 7 days a week from a building site next to my home.
Adrmore and Catalyst aka Notting Hill Housing Trust ignore my complaints, verbal and in writing.
Boris Johnson aka The Mayor of London, part funded the Portobello Village scheme.
Council tenants have been re-housed.
I feel I am being persecuted for working hard, the property is neither fit for sale nor can I rent it out due to the high levels or noise. It is like I am IN the building site.
