Excessive interest rates are destroying young people, families and society. It is time that a reasonable cap was placed on interest rates.
Every loan offer should also have a common example for calculation, based on £100/£1,000 or £10,000 owed for 1 year, to demonstrate the real cost on any interest rate in simple terms.
