Rejected petition make changes to dangerous Blaydon Bank
More details
On the 26.11.13 my Brother was tragicaly killed on Blaydon Bank.We do not want another family to suffer the heartache and pain we are feeling.Something needs to be done to make Blaydon Bank a safer Road.Residents have tried for years to put forward their concerns regarding a particular stretch of Blaydon Bank, and nothing has been done. Now,as a family member of someone who has lost their life on this Road,I aim to fight to have changes made so that no one has to go through what our family are going through right now.The Road where my brother was killed is narrow, and has cars and vans that park to one side as there are houses there. Its a bus route also, most of the cars which park to the left side do not belong to Residents of Zion terrace(Blaydon bank)parking in the area is very limited, which means many cars are being parked on Blaydon Bank. Many accidents have happened on this Road over the years, and now a life has been lost. Please do something to make this Road safer.
