Rejected petition Return the Child STOLEN by a Forced Cesarean to her Italian Mother

We the undersigned:-
(1) DECLARE that we are shocked and horrified at the injustices perpetrated in secret closed hearings against a pregnant mother who while visiting this country suffered a deterioration of a known illness for which she had been prescribed medication;
(2) DEMAND that -
(i) a formal written apology to be issued and she is compensated for her suffering;
(ii) the judges involved in this case are sacked;
(iii) all other parties involved in this case be prosecuted for trespass against her person;
(iv) the adoption order as made be revoked;
(v) the child removed by cesarean section be returned to the mother FORTHWITH;
(vi) parliament change our adoption laws with immediate effect to be compliant with the approach taken in other European member states' adoptions laws.
