Petition Ban HGV at weekend

More details

In-line with Germany, France, Italy, Spain and other countries I believe the UK should ban HGV movements at weekend. We should implement the same restrictions as Germany. Their economy seems not to suffer so I would expect the UK to be the same.

There would be exceptions to the weekend ban such as perishable goods for urgent delivery.
