Rejected petition IVF eligibility even if partner has children

I am not willing to accept that I am not entitled to IVF because my Partner has a child with a previous partner how can that determine my future ,how does that affect my choice to have my own baby we are desperate to become parents together . I am starting this petition as my last chance at becoming a mother and I will not stop until I have changed the criteria for me and all the other women in this ridiculous situation... Please help me.
