Allow Child Trust Funds to be transferred to Junior Isa's from April 2014 and not in April 2015.
Over 6.3 million Children have savings in these long term underperforming and expensive accounts. It is unjust and unfair as to why these children have been trapped in these Child Trust Funds for over 2 years which are basically obsolete now and have to wait another 15 months to be able to transfer their savings to Junior Isa's.
