Petition Fair rights for fathers

Fathers should be given fair rights when divorced in relation to children and access of them. Our current system can result in a woman demanding a divorce, the male looses his home, his wife and it is then left to the whim of the mother to determine access to the children. To often the mother has legal aid to pay a lawyer for her case and the male will not qualify for legal aid as he's busy working to pay for the house that he will ultimately loose. The man is then forced to pay more money out to the courts to have rights to see his children!
