Rejected petition Ban all imigrants from all benifits and access to the NHS until they have paid tax for 5 years

Immigrants come to this country always claiming that if are returned there life will be in danger. They are given benifits houses and access to the NHS without paying a penny. There children are ovrwealming the schools and many comit crimes.
I believe they should be made to contribute BEFORE being even considered for benifits or access to the NHS.
If they are telling the truth then they will have no problem doing this.
