Throughout his life, the late Mr Kerbalai provided unpaid and voluntary support to communities across the UK. Therefore this enabled new arrivals to the communities understand the community and the impact an individual could make to an area. This life service helped bridge the gap of integration and engagement with authorities both local (council, NHS, Police and Fire services) and National (Immigration, Home Office and Consulates).
