Petition Brake Light Hazard Whilst Stopped In Traffic

With the introduction of modern technology and safety features on vehicles, including high level brake lights, there is nothing more annoying than being stopped in traffic and the vehicle in front applying the foot brake and not their handbrake, at night you are dazzled reducing your visibility.
I recommend that vehicles are fitted with a system that once stationary for a period of time, say 30 seconds, that the brake lights go off, leaving the rear lights illuminated.
