Far too many rich and highly paid individuals are contributing less and less to the running of the country. It is immoral and offensive to taxpayers that HMRC, our collector of taxes, should be able to freely advise and enter into tax reducing arrangements with the section of our society which needs it least AND IT NEEDS TO STOP - IMMEDIATELY.
