Petition Upgrade the A21 starting in 2014

Regeneration of the South Coast can only be achieved when the A21 is upgraded to a dual carriageway for its entire length.
There are virtually no places for overtaking .
There are no cycle lanes.
There are very few places for pedestrians.
Too many " accidents" due to the average speed of 30 MPH causing some to risk overtaking slow moving horse boxes,lorries etc.
Toatally inadequate for today's usage.
UPGRADE urgently required.The roads in the North of the country are far superior.
