Rejected petition Help to get my husband to UK

I am a british citizen I was born in the uk. I have been with my husband 4 years, im 33 weeks pregnant and we have just been refused a 6 month visit visa for him to be here for the birth of our first child, as they dont believe he will return back to Turkey,which is not true we are willing to go back as a family.
I am waiting to hear about an operation on my kidney which means I will be unable to take our son to meet his father until middle of next year (2012) our son is due 21st Sept 2011
I want the government to grant my husband a 6 month visit visa.
