This petition is for removing the exemption of the MoD and its directorates from the Equality Act 2010. The MoD have no right to discriminate just as no civil employer has the right to discriminate. This exemption should be removed and enforced by law in England, Wales, Scotland and Nothern Ireland to prevent abuse of this exemption by the MoD and its directorates.
