How can someone who is banned for 6 years from driving and drunk get into a car whilst using his phone and kill an innocent lady only receive 4 years in prison. When someone else punches a man who is waving a machete at people and dies a few days later in hospital, gets sentenced to a minimum of 15 years for murder! The system is rediculous!!!
