People Who Were Born In The UK, Have To Have A Disclosure Before They Are Accepted for Employment, So Immigrants Should Be The Same, And Immigrants Should Not Be Allowed To Drive Without A Valid GB Driving Licence. Not A EU Licence, And There Country Should Have To Pay For Any Vandalism Or Prison Costs And Unemployment Costs
