Call for a full independent enquiry into the operation of the Maidenhead and Windsor Flood relief system (Jubilee River) during the winter of 2014. In addition to the review, incorporate all the original data feedback from the events of 2003 and deliver a full open and honest report to the communities affected downstream from where the relief systems rejoins the Thames.
