We believe that the actions of Russia in the Ukraine, particularly in the Crimea must be discouraged in the only way that Russia is vulnerable, namely by exerting concerted economic pressure from a majority of nations. To this end we petition the Government to encourage all World leaders to join an economic boycott of Russian trade, and exert pressure by all financial means possible.
