Petition Safety on school approach roads

We propose that all approach roads to schools with main road parking only should have flashing lights installed 250 yards either side of the school entrance. These lights to be timed so they operate during school drop-off and pick-up times only, and a mandatory speed limit of 20 mph between these lights when they are flashing.
