Petition Abolish the TV licence - It's failing and I need the money

It's old and has no relevance, it shows nothing but repeats. It's innovation is long gone and the management is horrendous. Abolish the TV licence and make the BBC a private company who can go find their own funding. British homes need the money more than ever and I know I would rather have it than the BBC waste it!
