There is no justification for the Government giving free prescriptions to Scotland and Wales and not to England. There is a substantial risk to the health and welfare of the English people in these times of austerity due to the prescription fees being a major part of some family budgets. I for one am on blood pressure treatment and am taking half dose in order to reduce costs.
