Petition Dog licensing, dogs as dangerous weapons

There are to many dog attacks resulting in serious injuries and deaths. Therefore the law should be amended to introduce dog licensing.

There should be a licensing body with the powers to issue and deny permits, seize and destroy dangerous dogs.

The possession of an unlicensed dangerous dog that cause death and injuries should be treated as possession and use of dangerous weapons.

The perpetrators should be accordingly charged with the equivalent offences (assault, GBH, manslaughter, murder).
