This to get with changing times and allow electric scooters and or other electric vehicles with a top speed of 15 to be used on cycle paths only without licencing ,tax or insurence and to reclassify them with the same laws as cycles to ease congestion, traffic and to help with UK green house gasses and move into a modern age even if we have to put an age restriction on the use of small electric vehicles
