Rejected petition Publicans should have the right to decide if their premises allow smoking or not.

More details

Each publican holding a licence to sell alcohol on their premises should be given the right to decide if the patrons are allowed to smoke or not. The Government's outright ban on smoking in all enclosed public spaces should be abolished and left to the judgement and discretion of the licence holder.
