Stop racism in football. Getting more black/African managers, stop racist chants, make sure every footballer shakes opponents hand, stop throwing stuff on the pitch (.i.e. bananas), racism on the pitch and outside the pitch (Social media & newspapers).
Punishment should be harsher. For Example, Ban from playing football (if footballer is racist) for a very long time, Ban completely if the fans are racist in any way. Raise fines for clubs, managers, players and fans.
