The phrase ‘Innocent until proven guilty’ has entered the US law through the supreme court of the US. What has happened to the term ‘presumption of innocence’? When it involves Guantanamo Bay when the prosecution has the obligation to prove each element of the offence beyond a reasonable doubt.
