Petition Teach all police officer's about epileptic seizures so no more innocent people end up in cells.

All police officer's should be taught about epilepsy and how to recognise it and help someone having a seizure so that no more innocent people end up in cells for being "drunk & disorderly" or on suspicion of using drugs. Some people have died under such circumstances because they did not receive the medical assistance required.
