if Scotland win the referendum then the government publish exactly how much taxpayers money is still given to Scotland, also the government publish if the rest of the uk has to pay for the nhs, education and other services in Scotland, these should be public publications for all to see, the public should know if Scotland really does get independence or if the tax payer still has to pay out.
