If a dog bites a child and leaves a major scar for life, it will get put down so why cant rapist be given the same treatment as they are worse than dogs. The scars which rapists leave is more severe in the long term and can destroy families and also the individuals in more way that one.
The least we can do is sign this petition and make the government aware so they can decide and take appropriate actions.
