Petition Limit standing charges for water
More details
The standing charges for water are far too high (in many cases higher than a water charge itself!!!)
This makes installing a meter questionable because when I have a strict water saving policy saving on the bill is not very high (I re-use some water from bath
to flush toiler and water from washing hands after using toilet to flush it as well. Also have butt for garden)
Moreover, Why we are charged for runoff from highways whilst this is charged in road tax and council tax too!!!
