The media keeps using the word "Islamist" extremists for the acts done by individual terrorist or Terrorist groups. The acts caused by terrorists should not be labelled as "islam" because such acts are forbidden and condemned by the religion ISLAM.
Instead label them according to their acts and keeping religion out of it.
E.G.
Terror = terrorist
Rape = rapist
Murder = murderer.. etc etc.

This is a matter for the media companies on how they report events. There are already laws against religious hatred.
