Gary Barlow's attempt at tax avoidance has been deemed illegal, therefore it MUST be attempted tax fraud? Since he is mates with Call Me Dave he is not to be penalised. When will Call me Dave announce that same protection from prosecution will be extended to EVERYBODY who tries and fails to avoid tax?
