Cyclists are unlicensed and uninsured and when they cause damage to your car or property you are left out of pocket and to claim on your own insurance.
The law should state that ALL cyclists have adequate cover to be on the roads. It should be like a tax disc and displayed in the same was a motorbike users display a tax dic except this would prove they have insurance cover
