Consensual sex with, or between, underage partners should never be labelled rape - it is wrong and inappropriate to criminalise consensual sex;
Rape is when someone is coerced, forced, drugged or attacked whilst asleep;
In this respect, the Age of Consent should also not be 16, but set at puberty, i.e., 12 or 13, or possibly 14 to allow for late developers.
