Introduce a form of Overseas International Service for all young people to complete up to a year of service to help improve the lives of people less fortunate than themselves in developing countries. Similar to national service, the scheme would be designed to educate young people to the reality of surviving away from their home comforts whilst helping them build self-seteem, confidence and the understanding of the wider world.
To be completed by all young people between the ages of 18 and 25.
