The DVLA charges an extra £2.50 if you wish to pay for your car tax with a credit card and not a debit card.
This charge is a pure profit for the DVLA as the actual costs of the transaction is not £2.50 and it should be absorbed by the DVLA who already make money out of the data that they collect and sell.
