Carers give up any chance at having a normal life including a job to care for relatives, and should at least be paid the equivalent of national miniimum wage based on a 35 hour week, which is actualy under the amount of hours most carers do actualy and from a DWP point of view is cheaper than paying for agency provided carers, which usualy costs £10-£15/h
