MAKE FULL DISABLED ACCESS COMPULSORY WITHIN 12 MONTHS - WITHOUT EXCUSE.
Many doctors are dragging their feet by not providing full disabled access and make pathetic excuses why they can't, when in fact it is just about money (Doctors salary 50 - 200k per annum!).
Automatic doors should be compulsory for ALL surgeries at least. Ramps, level access, grab bars & assistance buttons ought to be the norm.
For goodness sake - this is a Doctors Surgery where many of their 'customers' are disabled, aged & infirm.
